Cancellation Policy
Crushing Skulls LLC offers cancellations up to 24 hours after original order is placed. After 24 hours has expired, you (the customer) no longer have the ability to cancel your order. No cancellation fees will be incurred if canceled within the 24-hour time period with the exception of transaction fees. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days (estimated) after cancellation, and you will receive your refund as a credit 5-10 business days (estimated) later. For custom orders such as custom rings, cancellations will not be accepted.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Hb@crushingskullsllc.com.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation) and reason for cancelling. After you cancel your order, providing the necessary information (proof of purchase, reason for cancelling, etc.), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days (estimated).
