Return & Refund Policy

Crushing Skulls LLC offers refunds in the case of cancellations (see cancellation policy) and partial refunds in the case of incorrect or damaged products when eligible but we Do Not offer returns or exchanges. You (the customer) may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase in the case of cancellation and within 14 days of receiving the product in the case of incorrect or damaged products.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation) and reason for cancelling. If you have received a damaged product or the incorrect product, we are willing to work with you in these individual cases. We may offer partial refund for damaged or incorrect products on eligible items; custom products are not included. You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation) and pictures of incorrect or damaged product clearly showing the issue with the product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

After you make your refund request in either of these cases, providing the necessary information (proof of purchase, reason for cancelling, pictures of damaged products or incorrect products, etc.), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, this takes about 3-5 business days (estimated), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days (estimated).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
